A man was caught on camera at Bagel Boss on Montauk Highway in Bay Shore on Thursday, July 10, shouting at store employees before turning his attention to the curious crowd of onlooking customers behind him.

In the 45-second clip, which has garnered more than 20 million views across social media, the man can be heard shouting about his height and dating websites before throwing his newspaper to the ground and ramping things up.

“Why is it OK for women to say ‘Oh, you’re five feet’ on dating sites, you should be dead. That’s OK?”

When asked who said anything about that, the man snapped back, “women, in general, have been saying that on dating sites. You think I’m making this (expletive deleted) up? Everywhere I go I get the same (expletive deleted) smirk, the biting lip.”

The 45-year-old man was then told to calm down by a male patron, at which point, the man turned around and shouted “Shut up. You’re not God, or my father. Or my boss.” The man then approached the second customer and got in his face, asking if he “wanted to step outside.”

When a second man told him to cut his antics, the man stepped up to him and told him to attack him. At that point the customer darted into the frame of the video and tackled him, bringing him to the ground and yelling “You don't talk to people like that.”

A second video showed the man continuing his rant to a customer before being told to take his food and go. At that point, he said “(expletive deleted) your food,” and threw his order to the ground.

Suffolk County Police responded to Bagel Boss at approximately 9:30 a.m. where there were reports of two men fighting. No arrests were made.

Bagel Boss was able to poke fun at the outburst, offering free mini bagels to customers that mention the video.

On Twitter, Bagel Boss owner Donald Rosner posted: “A MESSAGE FROM BAGEL BOSS: After today's incident everyone is ok! Use caution on dating sites and anyone who comes into our locations and mentions this video can get a FREE MINI BAGEL!!!!!!!!”
